AI software, built to fit the way you work.
Bianca Wind develops AI software: agents you type to and voice agents you talk to, automation, data analysis, and custom systems for individuals and businesses.

What we build
Five kinds of work
Most projects start as one of these, and often end up drawing on more than one.
AI agents
Software that carries out multi-step work on your behalf, not just one prompt at a time.

Agents you talk to rather than type to, built for practice: music and language training.

Quietly removing the repetitive, rule-shaped work that eats the day.

Getting real answers out of the records you already hold.

Software should fit the work, not the other way round.

Our approach
Start from the work, not the technology
Most software asks people to change how they work in order to use it. We start from the opposite end: look closely at the work that already happens, then build the thing that removes the friction from it.
That might be an agent that handles a multi-step task end to end, a quiet automation that clears out repetitive admin, a tool that answers questions about data you already hold, or something designed from scratch because nothing off the shelf fits.
How we workNarrow beats broad
One task done properly is worth more than a platform that half-covers ten. Scope stays small until something is genuinely working.
A person stays in the loop
Automation should be visible and reversible. You decide what runs on its own and what waits for someone to approve it.
You own the result
No lock-in by obscurity. The system should be documented and maintainable by someone other than the person who built it.
How a project runs
Small steps, in the open
- 01
Understand the work
A conversation about what actually takes the time, and where the current process bends. Often this is enough to establish whether software is the right answer at all.
- 02
Prototype narrowly
The smallest useful version, aimed at one real task with real data. Narrow scope means you find out quickly whether it works, rather than at the end.
- 03
Put it into real use
Into the hands of the people who will use it, in the systems they already use, with a clear view of what the software is doing and where a person stays in the loop.
- 04
Refine or hand over
Adjust it against how it behaves in practice. You should end up owning something maintainable, not something that only works while we are holding it.
Who we build for
Individuals and businesses
Individuals
Solo professionals, freelancers, and small practices who are doing the work of several people and want some of it handled properly rather than hurriedly.
Businesses
Teams that know exactly which part of their week is being lost to repetition or manual analysis, and want a tool built around that process rather than a platform to migrate into.
Questions
Before you write in
Do I need to know what I want built?
No. A description of the problem is a better starting point than a specification. Most of the first conversation is working out what the actual bottleneck is, which is not always where people expect it to be.
Is my project too small?
Small, well-defined problems are the ones automation tends to solve best. If something is genuinely too small to be worth building, we will say so rather than pad it out.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we will tell you. Plenty of time-consuming work is better fixed with ordinary software, a changed process, or a setting in a tool you already pay for. Recommending that costs us a project and saves you one.
What happens to our data?
How data is accessed, stored, and deleted is agreed in writing before any work starts, and it is shaped by your constraints rather than ours. Nothing on this website collects it. See the privacy page.
